If the product is damaged/ broken on delivery-

1. Notify me immediately

2. Send pictures to verify damage

3. Return product, shipping will be on me.

4. Await outcome of product and Postal Service investigation

5. Product will be refunded/ replaced at DeesBees descretion in a timely manner.

6. Due to the variations in color, consistency and character of blue honey, purchases of this item are nonrefundable.
