Returns/ Refunds/ Damaged raw honey Product On Delivery

If the product is damaged on delivery-

Note- DeesBees Apiary can not assume liability for broken glass during shipment.  Items are packaged to prevent breakage and insured.  Should a glass container break in shipping, it will be the buyers responsibility to follow up through the postal service for reimbursement.

I will provide the original receipt as needed.


For other product issues:

1. Notify me immediately

2. Send pictures to verify damage

3. Return product shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

4. Await outcome of product and Postal Service investigation

5. Product will be refunded/ replaced at DeesBees descretion in a timely manner.

6. Due to the variations in color, consistency and character of blue honey, purchases of this item are nonrefundable.
